Regarding the succession planning rulemaking, the board is scheduled to re-propose changes to the existing regulation. ACU has called on the agency to adopt an approach to succession planning that provided guidance rather than prescriptive regulatory requirements.

The complete agenda includes:

  • Proposed rule, succession planning, 12 CFR Parts 701 and 741.
  • Proposed rule, incentive-based compensation arrangements, 12 CFR Parts 741 and 751.
  • Federal credit union loan interest rate ceiling.
