Assemblymember Mia Bonta (D-Alameda County), wife of the recent governor-appointed California Attorney General Rob Bonta, was sworn into the California State Assembly earlier this week.

Bonta successfully won her assembly race to succeed her husband earlier this month in the special run-off election for Assembly District 18.

The California Credit Union League was proud to support Bonta through its Political Action Committee (PAC) in her successful election.

Bonta's district is located in Alameda County and encompasses the cities of Alameda, San Leandro and Oakland.

The League would like to congratulate Assemblymember Bonta and looks forward to working with her during this last week of the state's legislative session, and for years to come!
