A letter has been sent to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) on transparent communication and regulatory action regarding a number of items.

Another letter was sent to the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) on Regulation D’s Monthly Transfer Limit.

Additionally, a letter was sent to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) on a delay of the effective date for the Current Expected Credit Loss standard.
